We recently launched a new product, Universal Cloning Kit, which is primarily for cloning PCR products into any vector of your choice. This cloning kit is similar to Clontech’s In-Fusion Cloning System and Life Technologies’ GeneArt Seamless Cloning and Assembly Kit, but has a higher cloning efficiency. The cloning reaction is very robust and easy to carry out. We found that many DNA constructs that were failed to be constructed with restriction enzymes and T4 ligase were succeeded by just one try with this kit. Synthesis of RNA

We provide services to synthesize a variety of RNA by in vitro transcription. The mRNA that we synthesize is capped and has a long poly(A) tail of more than 50 adenine nucleotides. It is particularly suitable for in vivo protein synthesis.
Antibody Cloning and Expression

We have a proprietary technology to clone the heavy (H) and light (L) chain cDNA of antibodies from hybridoma cells. With this technology, we are able to clone H and L cDNA even from low antibody-expression hybridoma cells.
